Jemima the Beautiful Witch: The Beginning Story

Do witches exist? If they do exist, how do they look like, and where they live now? Do they appear as ugly looking women with their flying broomstick just like in the stories?

Curiosity consumes us too and we would like to know how witches world in reality. However, as time goes by and our busy schedules, we slowly forgot about our curiosity.

Until one day in our team gathering, one of our team members showed us a picture taken in Switzerland by his friend during the holiday. In that picture, we saw a light that they thought was an embodiment of the Holy Spirit or maybe also an angel. 

We were interested in the picture and did a quick checking to know what was the light orb exactly. To our astonishment, we found out it was actually a light orb thrown by the spirit of a witch who was bound there for hundreds of years. After she was killed in 1850, her soul was also bounded by the killers, fearing she could be resurrected with a ritual.

We helped the witch spirit from the spell that had bound her for hundreds of years and pulled her to our place with the help of our magical friends.

A beautiful young woman appeared before us. Even though she looked so pale, she still looked beautiful with her flowy long hair typical of a Celtic maiden with bright blue eyes. She is a witch named Jemima.

Jemima was so weak and need to recover herself for a certain period until she can tell us about herself.

After a few months, she finally recovered enough with the help of an ascended master who incarnated as a great wizard in his previous life. By using the synchronization method, it was not difficult for us to understand what Jemima conveyed in this astral communication session.

Here’s the first story part of Jemima the beautiful witch;

My name is Jemima, but it’s not my real name because I changed my name since I young to disguise myself. I was born in Ireland and lived around 1200 AD until 1850.

I was captured in Switzerland during the witch massacre at that time. When I was killed, my body was only twenty-four years old even though I had lived for more than six centuries.

My father was a genuine black wizard from Germany and my mother was a white witch queen from Ireland. She was born as a hybrid witch because being born half human and half witch.

I have two brothers. Both of them followed in my father’s footsteps to becoming a black wizard. While I was born with two magical powers. Yes, I have the power of black magic and white magic. Both of which are just as strong in me.

For my father’s family, marrying my mother means breaking the rules. And for my mother, marrying my father was also a great violation. My parents’ marriage was not approved by both sides. But my brothers are still better because they carry my father’s name so their positions were higher than me, a female.

Even though my father was a black wizard, he never did anything bad. Likewise with my mother who sacrificed her own life to save a human girl while at that time she was still pregnant with me in her womb. My mother died shortly after giving birth to me because she used up all of her energy and power to save that human girl.

After my mother’s death, my brothers followed my father and I lived alone. Moving from one place to another.

Those days, I always lived alone and never felt lonely. But since there was a massive witch hunt, my life has changed and has always been in hiding. About three centuries starting from the 15th to the 18th centuries were the most unpleasant times. Because in those three periods there was a witch massacre together with the elimination of all mystical or occult things. Not only the church but also the kingdom at that time were responsible for the incidents.

It happened in northern Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France, England, which included Ireland, Scotland, and its colonies. At that time…everything became extraordinarily terrifying and frightening.

At that time… if there were a famine or unpleasant seasons like too cold, too hot, or a plague that was actually a normal thing for a country, then the witches would be blamed for it.

So if there was a crop failure in the countryside or a disease outbreak, the witches would be blamed. They thought that everything bad and threatening were the witches doing without ever finding out what were the causes.

They just threw all of the blame to us and assumed all of those was the work and result of our witchcraft. Although I didn’t close my eyes knowing that my people also contributed to evil things and those interferences. But not all of that was our work alone. Because in the past, it was not like now where people do so much research. During my time, everything was so simple. During that era, all the healers or people that you call doctors also lived in fear and worry. Because if they do an action beyond their capability to a patient and fail, they will be labeled as a wizard or a witch. 

This will be considered as a skill or an intentional action to take a person’s life. During this period, a large-scale disease epidemic had occurred too. As a witch, I could actually help them. But I could not completely dispense my ability to cure them through sorcery. If I took a wrong move, I would show them my true identity as a witch and it would be big trouble for me. I could easily cure them with my magic, for example, to cast a spell and wipe it from them, the patient would automatically recover. But once they saw me on how to cure the disease, they would tell other people how I use my power to them.

I would be blamed because it was considered as spreading a witchcraft art. In the end, I could only help them with herbs and elixirs like what other humans do.

To be honest, it was so easy to cure them if only they want to be treated by our way and didn’t complicate themselves. I could handle the difficult disease outbreak easily. With my magic. But once I cast my spell, they will know I am a witch and will start to chase me. That time, I felt everything went awry. 

When the massacre happened, most of the victims were women. The elderly and widows were not spared from this disaster. They were just scapegoats. Because even though we might also have evil witches who enter the human community and then do cruel things to give disease epidemic, in reality, the church, as well as the nobles of the kingdom, did not select who can be arrested and just blindly capture random people.

There were no white or black witches. Everyone was all evil witches in their eyes. For them, we were all evil witches and must be wiped out.

The massacre occurred because humans at that time could not fight my race. However, we have the ability beyond their capability. All of these happened because my race could blend into human society and disguise themselves as a woman, and in the end, those innocent women were punished too.

And maybe you wouldn’t be able to imagine or listen to how they punished us. Beheading is much more enjoyable and more decent for us. But what they did to kill us were far more wicked. Those women including us were skinned and tortured with needles as they tried to find a mark on our bodies.

At that time, we were stripped in the middle of the crowd, then our body stabbed by needles. If it not bleeding, that means we are a witch. Or they would make a pool of water with drops of Holy water from the church. We would then drowned in it. We would be killed instantly if our bodies float. But if we sank, that means we were not a witch and they will help us. If it was not too late for us to die because got drowned. 

There were lots of different torture and punishments. Especially in Germany. All of those captured innocent women are the scapegoats to cover up their bad government during that time. Including the church. At that time, there were two sides, Catholic and Protestant. Both of them were not friendly to us either. They did an ultimatum war against us the witches.

Even though I am a witch, but I do have limitations in using my power because I’m not a pure black witch. There are things I should preserve and I have a conscience or what you humans call as dharma, ethics or norm. So I kept quiet during that time.

At that time, King James was so hostile to us too until he persuaded the parliament to make the Witchcraft Statute. Even though in reality it was too cover up his chaotic reign. He threw all the blame to us. It was actually his way of handling his political opponents.

Yes, it can be said that thousands of young and old women from various backgrounds were killed in vain. Maybe even though some of them are truly witches, what can I say.

Those days, all the women or whoever had a particular appearance like me, a woman with blonde hair, blue eyes, and pale skin would be stamped as a witch. Normally, they captured a woman who lives alone or has no family. For me, it didn’t make any sense for those widows and elderly women who were mostly living alone to be accused as a witch. 

Until at some point, they were exhausted and captured random people. Every single woman who they thought was a witch was captured and to be punished without any investigation. Even if they did investigate and brought them to court, it didn’t make any difference.

It was always a death sentence at the end. The differences were only how we would be killed, we could be hanged, stabbed, burned, or skinned alive. The court only decided how we should die. Not to prove our innocence. At that time, most of our kin were women.

My brothers couldn’t help me on the day I was captured, because the witches’ massacre at that time was incredibly massive. The hunters were looking for every weakness to immobilize us. Those priests from the church helped them and gave the Holy Water to disable us. We feared Holy Water.

There was the leader of the witches who did retaliation. We called her The Black Witch Queen. Her name was Lilith.

Those hunters knew my weakness and until one day a divine revelation came to me and told me that I would be fetched by a man and he would give me something to complete my power. On the day of our transaction, Lilith framed me by making another man disguised and made me broke the rules then she gave me to priests and cardinal.

Lilith was extremely strong. That made me becoming her shield. The punishment was originally for her, but it then bestowed upon me. Humans knew that our kin could be resurrected with a ritual. And I know Lilith had many devotees and followers.

I can’t remember who killed and bonded my soul until I can’t be revived and reincarnated. Some of my memories were erased. Maybe to prevent me to spill out the information about the person who killed me. But I still remember there was one pope who put some Holy Water and made me drink it. In the end, I died and can’t remember anything until I realized I was on top of that place and after hundreds of years passed, you came to my rescue.
