Astral Communication #5 – Libra The Justice Bearer: Balance Keeper in the Universe
Libra, came from a Latin word meaning the scale is the name of the constellation represented by the scale. This constellation is one of the eighty-eight constellations listed by the International Astronomical Union and also one of the most famous ones because it is one of the Zodiac members. It lies between Virgo to the west, which made Libra illustrated as Goddess Astraea’s scale and Scorpio which also once made Libra considered as the claw of Scorpio.
Supposedly, people who are born under the Libra sign are interesting people, love peace, like to live in harmony, tend to avoid any conflict, humourous souls and so on.
That is the statement from the horoscope trait list.
But, is that true? Of course, not everything listed on the horoscope list is true. Like Virenz said in ‘The Truth of Mythical Centaurs: And the co-Creation of Human Hybrid’, that everything stated in the horoscope is not always true. We humans made it up.
Everything is back to its own human nature. The environment that surrounds them and the innate nature they brought since they were born, are the biggest influence in forming a human characteristic. So, do not be surprised when you meet Libra people who are not even close to the characteristics listed in the zodiac.
Back to the Libra constellation. As usual, 3rdParallel will share the myth story, the familiar folk story in human society before we get into the interview part with the representative from this constellation.
In the mythology story, the Libra constellation has always been related to a Titan named Themis. It was told that Themis was born as the daughter of Uranus and Gaia. She is the Goddess of Justice that holds a sword and scale. She is illustrated to be blindfolded as a symbol of justice that does not recognize someone’s background, status, wealth or any other relations.
Themis is an essential figure of justice. She adheres to habitual orders and is the representative of justice from the universe. As the wife of Zeus, she bore six daughters consisted of three Horae (seasons); Eirene (goddess of peace and spring), Eunomia (goddess of law and legislation), Astraea/Dike (goddess of innocence and justice) dan three Moirai (fates); Clotho (the one who spin the thread of the lives), Lachesis (the one who measures the thread of life), and Atropus (the one who cut the thread of the lives). Themis is Zeus’ true queen.
Libra also has been related to the folk mythology story about Astraea/Dike who flew back to the sky and brought her scale then turned into Virgo while her scale became Libra (read ‘Virgo the Virgin Star: And the Science Behind Their Birth’).
In reality, Libra has close relationships with Virgo and Scorpio, until people from ancient times thought Libra is part of Scorpio’s claw even though they took the statement back and returned Libra as the scale of Virgo.
This constellation is actually not quite bright from the earth’s view. Because this constellation does not have a powerful star, it will look dim. But at the certain times, Libra can be seen a bit brighter with the triangle formation of the pale blue Alpha Librae (Alibre), green Beta Librae (Belarae, the only star that can be seen from the earth with naked eyes), and the giant orange Gamma Librae (Galirae).
Before we start the conversation with Libra, using a High Vibration Astral Communication, we were informed that Libra is actually appointed as the balancer from all constellations. Libra’s residents always preserve the balance in every aspect. From the number of each gender, food, job, and social life. Their life is running in an orderly manner until it gives monotonous vibes for the races from other constellations. They own and implement strict laws in their daily life.

This is what makes them be trusted by other constellations as the one who holds balance and justice.
Alright, let’s dive into the interview session of the 3rdParallel team and the representative of Libra. The representative who came that day is one of the leaders of Libra, Her Majesty Queen Clara Justitia.
3rdP: Queen, we were informed that there is another Leader in Libra. May we know who he/she is?
Queen Clara: Libra is led by two leaders. Male leader and female leader. The male leader is titled and called as Stateranus, while the female leader is me, Clara Justitia.
3rdP: What is the meaning of Stateranus and Clara Justitia?
Queen Clara: Stateranus is ‘The one who balances’ while Clara Justitia means ‘The bright justice’.
3rdP: How Libra chooses the leaders?
Queen Clara: Every leader was elected democratically. Each candidate was selected, examined, and trained with the utmost care, thoroughly, and transparent without any intervention from anyone or anything. They will be elected by the independent institution called Libra Du Cibus Institutum, meaning The Libra Leader Planning Institution. Libra people address it as Gruum Du Libra.
3rdP: Where are the leaders’ lives?
Queen Clara: We are living in a palace called Aula Veritas Aequitas. Libra people address it as Durum de Justice Place. We live together in one palace but we have different rooms because we are not a couple. Aula Veritas Aequitas means the Palace of Justice and Honesty.
3rdP: How is the real life of Libra people?
Queen Clara: The life in Libra runs in harmony and organized. Everything has been organized accordingly. From the jobs, recreation, studies, the art of war, sports, food supply, how to behave and speak, vehicle usage, public facilities, helping each other,…even sexual engagement, birth, number of genders and romance we figured it out and organized them all. And the most important is, no breaking the rules and no imbalance.
3rdP: Is there anyone who has ever broken the rules?
Queen Clara: No one. But a long time ago there was one, it was Astraea.
3rdP: Isn’t Astraea from the Virgo? And who is Astraea actually? And her mother Themis.
Queen Clara: Themis is one of Libra’s representatives, as well as her daughter Astraea. But Astraea has a free soul and she likes freedom. Everything is managed and organized in Libra. Our way of living is the opposite of what Astarea wished. So, Astraea moved to Virgo, which represents freedom, arts, and beauty. She separated from Themis, her mother.
3rdP: How their relationship after they separated and what about sisters of Astraea?
Queen Clara: Both of them are still having a good relationship, love each other, and keep respect for each other as a mother and daughter. The truth is, they need to be separated so they can have a good relationship because they will not be this good if they live close. All of Astraea’s sisters are still residing in Libra.
3rdP: So, Libra and Virgo have a close relationship?
Queen Clara: Libra and Virgo have a really good relationship because we are connected through our ancestors and this is an absolute for us.
3rdP: Is Libra still in the same reality as Earth?
Queen Clara: Yes, we are still in the same reality. As well as Centaurus.
3rdP: Did Libra ever come to Earth, and which country?
Queen Clara: We did, and we visited the Greek, Egypt, Mayan, and Mesopotamia.
3rdP: And how did you come to our Earth?
Queen Clara: With our spaceship.
3rdP: Did you leave any relic or heritage for Earth?
Queen Clara: We left the justice and balance symbols. Including procedures and rules for Justice Institutions. We left much knowledge about laws through injection.
3rdP: What technology does the Libra have?
Queen Clara: We have modern but classic technology. We can teleport to any galaxies with our spaceships (with many variations and shapes), we also have the high-tech vehicles that are able to be used with our minds and those vehicles can run at the same time to support the daily lives.
3rdP: What do Libra people like the most?
Queen Clara: Justice, honesty, and balance. Absolute and unconditionally.
3rdP: How Libra people address themselves? We call ourselves human.
Queen Clara: Clairum o’Librax
This is the end of our interview with the representative of Libra constellation. Please note that even though she is one of the leaders in Libra, she never differentiates someone’s status. From Libra residents, or from any other constellations, including humans from Earth. Like what she said “Justice, honesty, and balance. Absolute and unconditionally.” Libra people never knew status or someone’s background, everybody deserves the same right and get equal duties.
Maybe life in Libra sounds dull and monotonous for us humans. Everything is organized, and so limited. But if we see from the positive perspectives, with the way they live, there will be no social gap, there will be no inequality, everyone has the same rights. Even the leaders have the same rights as well. Only, they have additional duties to lead the people. No. Actually the their leaders are not the ones who ‘lead’ or become more superior than the rest Libra people but more to be as representatives. Clara Justitia is the representative of the females in Libra, while Stateranus is the representative of the males in Libra.
Before she returns back to Libra, she left a message for humans on Earth:
“Humans of the Earth…we know you operate the law system in your place just as we inherited to the humans before you. Always keep the balance in your Earth and that’s the form of your contribution to the universe. But you need to know, you can never create a balance without justice and honesty.”
