Astral Communication #8 – Hydra the Water Serpent: And Guardians of the Underworld Gate
Hydra or Lernaean Hydra is a monster with the shape of a serpent in Greek mythology.
It said the Hydra had many heads, and if one of his heads beheaded, two more new heads will grow.
Hydra had self-regenerating cells just like phylum Cnidaria which allowed Hydra to recover from any injury. Every single cell in Hydra’s body kept dividing itself and never aging, or we can say that his cells were immortal. Hydra also secreted deadly poison. And because he nested in the swamps of Lerna lake in Argolid, he then called the Lernaean Hydra.
Hydra’s mother was a Hybrid half-human, and half-snake named Echidna. While his father is Typhon, the giant monster who was feared by the Greek Gods. Until finally conquered by Zeus then exiled to the underworld. Hydra had several siblings; Orthrus the two-headed dog. Then Chimera, a female monster with the head of a lion, goat on its back, and the tail of a serpent head. Also, the famous Cerberus, the three-headed dog who guarded the underworld gate to prevent the dead from escaping. Hydra was also the gatekeeper of the entrance gate to the underworld. Hydra never really came out unless to terrorize the villagers or if Hades, master of the underworld called him.

Now Quaydra and Iriaydra will tell us their role as Hydra in Greek mythology and find out how they view the underworld. Including Hydra’s brother who is well known as the loyal subordinate of Hades, Cerberus.

3rdP : What was the main duty of Hydra in Greek civilization? Guarded the underworld gate? And is it true that Hydra terrorized and ate humans at that time?
Quaydra : Hydra was serving as the guardian of the underworld, together with Cerberus, and became Hades’ most trusted subordinates. Also ruled water and swamps. Yes, it’s true, we ate humans.
3rdP : Can Hydra speak like a human at that time? And what about his siblings?
Quaydra : Yes, we can speak as humans do.
3rdP : How did Hades’ underworld look like?
Quaydra : It was gloomy, cold, and terrifying for you humans. But for us, the underworld looked so beautiful and pleasing.
3rdP : So, did the underworld is just within the Earth or located in another dimension?
Quaydra : Bottom of the Earth, and in another dimension.
3rdP : Is Cerberus, Hydra’s brother also the same entity as Xolotl, the twin of Quetzalcoatl in Aztec? (read part 2 to understand their relationships with the Aztec)
Quaydra : That’s right. He also came from a certain place, but we are still not going to tell you now.
3rdP : Can you please tell us briefly about Cerberus?
Quaydra : Cerberus is portrayed as a three-headed dog. But in reality, he had a hundred heads. And in some conditions, he will release a snakehead and tail. His saliva was so venomous and could grow poisonous plants called Aconite or Crunite. Amongst all the siblings, Cerberus was the closest to Hydra. Cerberus, Hydra, and the other siblings, including the parents were feared by the Olympian Gods. Cerberus, other than a guardian to prevent the livings from entering the world of the dead, and vice versa. He was also responsible to prevent the dead from escaping to the world of livings. Was trusted by Hades, but Cerberus was so weak against the music.
3rdP : How is the truth about the story of Hydra and Heracles? Which is the truth and which is not?
Quaydra : In reality, Hydra was raised, and was cared for by Hera. She purposely prepared Hydra to kill Heracles because of her jealousy towards Heracles’ mother. She hated Heracles’ mother and also Zeus. So, every female human who had a baby with Zeus will be chased to be killed by Hera. Heracles means Glory of Hera.
3rdP : But in here, it says Hydra is the child of Typhon and Echidna. Both of them are the descendants of Lady Gaia, is that true?
Quaydra : Yes, that’s true. You can say, we are the fearsome offsprings or faulty offsprings. Lady Gaia’s descendants are called the Titans. They were all fearsome looking. Including me and my siblings. Hydra’s mother was a hybrid between a human and a snake named Echidna. And the father is Typhon. 80-90% of this story is correct.
3rdP : And can you tell us which part was added by humans?
Quaydra : Hydra was a nine-headed monster. Because our heads are uncountable. We have infinity heads (they also told us in part 1). Up to us, can be thirteen, ninety-nine, or whatever number, limitless.
3rdP : So, is it true if one of Hydra’s heads is beheaded, it will grow two more heads?
Quaydra : True. The numbers are written are the thoughts and ideas of each writer. Actually, Hydra’s heads are uncountable and limitless. And the most important thing is, Hydra and Heracles are connected.So, if you are still wondering about the story of Heracles, it’s alright. Because killing Hydra was one of the twelve tasks that were given to him. Originally, it was only ten. Eurystheus could not accept that Heracles was able to kill Hydra. Heracles was actually given a spell by Hera that turned him insane until he killed his own family. Because of this fatal mistake and huge sin, he needed to meet his cousin who was a king, called Eurystheus so he will be given tasks. One of the ten tasks was to kill Hydra. But after that, the tasks became twelve because Iolaus, Heracles’ nephew, helped him to kill Hydra. Hydra belongs to the genus Cnidaria. Every Cnidaria can regenerate each of its own cells that makes them immortal. Hera raised Hydra with the intention of killing Heracles.
3rdP : Other than with Heracles and Aztec, is there any of your embodiment that we never heard of?
Quaydra : In fact, many of the human civilization’s gods were created by us, and similar to Hydra.
3rdP : Please tell us.
Quaydra : There was in Mesopotamia and also Maya. Then the yellow-skinned race on Earth or you usually call them Chinese, they also had dragons. Do you realize that actually, their dragons are similar to us?
3rdP : Dragon is described as the most superior in the Chinese zodiac. Is that you?
Quaydra : Yes, that is why we told you we do not belong to Reptilians. Because we have no correlation with the Reptilians race. We belong to our own race. Even though our foods are similar to them (Read part 1 to find out the name of their race). Actually, the story about Hydra is long. But, even though it’s a long story, there is only one part; the fight with Heracles. Only one mission. After being killed, the end. There are many civilizations’ gods created or injected by me on Earth. The winged serpent, dragon, and many other names in each country.
3rdP : For this Greek civilization, how many constellations were in it?
Quaydra : You can ask Aquila after this because they also played a big role, one of which was in Aztec. You can talk to Serpent, Canis Major, Canis Minor. Remember, you are not yet into the zodiac cluster. It’s different. Later you will meet Aries, Sagittarius, and many more. My suggestion, before you enter the zodiac, you need to complete the Heracles cluster beforehand.
3rdP : We heard the crab was assigned to kill Heracles but failed. Then because of it, Hera threw him to the sky to become a constellation. But, how was the real story?
Quaydra : No. It was not like that. The real story, Cancer’s duty on Earth had finished. They were also part of a creation or injected. It’s just a game from their own constellation. And Hera is also part of a constellation.
