Astral Communication #7 – Hydra the Water Serpent: and the Aztec God, Quetzalcoatl
Quetzalcoatl, one of the important gods in the Aztec. An ancient civilization of Mesoamerican. His name means Feathered Serpent. People of Maya called him Kukulkan, while the people of Guatemala known him as Gucumatz. The powerful god of the wind, life, wisdom, justice, and many more. It was said that many lives were killed as offerings to the gods in ancient Mesoamerican culture. And in the last article, Quaydra claimed that Quetzalcoatl never asked for any offering in the form of human lives.
Now, we are talking about Aztec civilization. Who has never heard about human sacrifice rituals in Aztec civilization?
A long time ago, people of Aztec practiced rituals involving human sacrifices. Those humans were presented to gods and celebrated as festivals. Men, women, even children were killed for one reason: Their loyalty to gods.
As modern humans, we must be thinking that those rituals are really inhuman. Even, most of us made the conclusion that the ancient gods were cruel because they demanded humans to be sacrificed. But, we were not there when those rituals happened. We will never know what actually happened during that time.
These are the common questions that most likely come to our minds:
- Were the gods so greedy and really requested humans’ lives as an exchange of their blessings?
- Where did they go when the foreign people invaded the Aztec?
- Why can’t they protect the people of Aztec who presented many lives for them?
- How the Aztec gods created and why they were so powerful?
Many theories spread across the internet about Quetzacoatl who never asked human sacrifice while the others said there were humans being sacrificed for him.
Which one is the truth? Who and what is Quetzalcoatl?
This time, we will ask Quaydra to tell us about Aztec civilization when he played his role as Quetzalcoatl. Here, we will know who the Aztec Gods and where they came from, and also the answers to our questions.
This article is part of Hydra the Water Serpent Series, for those of you who still have not read the first part, please read Hydra the Water Serpent: The Myth and Their Origins before reading this article. And now, let’s dive into our conversation with the Hydra representatives, Quaydra, and Iriaydra to find the answers.
3rdP : Greetings Quaydra and Iriaydra.
Quaydra : Greetings. Do you want us to tell you about Aztec or Greek?
3rdP : Aztec. Like what we’ve talked about earlier.
Quaydra : In the Aztec period, I injected DNA or you can say, I ‘created’ a god who was once worshipped by them. This god was my representative or you can call it an avatar, just the same as Hydra in the civilization that you call as Greek. The difference is, Aztec really existed. Not just a myth or legend. Their worship to us is not considered normal worshipping. Aztec, Maya, and Inca really had their own citizens and applied gods worship into their daily lives. Actually, they belong to paganism. Worship the gods as a sect or paganism. And I was part of paganism in the form of god. However, even though I was a god in their civilization, it doesn’t mean that the people of Aztec didn’t have our DNA. We did inject our DNA to them too. I meant, our citizens from Hydra injected DNA into humans of Aztec. This Aztec is actually similar to Maya. Inca is different. The people of Maya knew about us long ago before the Aztec civilization formed because Maya existed earlier before the Aztec. But Maya and Inca vanished naturally, while the Aztec people vanished because of the invasion after the humans from Europe invaded.
3rdP : We understand.
Quaydra : In our previous meeting, you told us that you want to know about the gods of Aztec, am I right?

3rdP : Yes, can we ask questions related to it?
Quaydra : Sure. Aztec had four main gods. Those four are the most influential and had their own powers which made Aztec people worship them too much and also feared them. The first one called Huitzilopochtli.
He was the God of Sun and also God of War. The people of Aztec respected him a lot. He was considered as a protector. Aztec people also had a capital city, just the same as any other civilization. That city is called Tenōchtitlan.
Most of the gods during that time and civilization took animal forms. Because animals were considered a symbol of power and prowess. Huitzilopochtli took animal form too.
3rdP : Animal form? Which animal?
Quaydra : Hummingbird. You call it with many different languages, but for us, in our language (Hydra) that bird is called Ckuayya. A very lively bird, very colorful, and extraordinary. Do you want to know more about Huitzilopochtli in detail, or just go to the next?
3rdP : Yes. We have questions about Huitzilopochtli. We will represent ourselves as common humans. So we want to know did he also come from another constellation like you?
Quaydra: Actually, Aztec is the mixture between Hydra and Aquila. The eagle race. But it doesn’t mean they will only take an eagle form because, in reality, a hummingbird is the mixture of multi birds. So, in fact, this Huitzilopochtli was created by the Aquila race.
3rdP : When Aquila created Huitzilopochtli, did he become a god instantly? Is there any birth process? We know other gods also have their birth stories. Did Huitzilopochtli also come into this Earth by being born?

Quaydra: Similar to any other gods. Like Hindu gods, Greek gods, and many more including paganism gods. He was also being born. There is a birth story about his birth. There was a woman, known as Goddess of the Earth, also identified as the Snake Goddess. This goddess is called Coatlicue. She was sweeping the floor in a temple, and there were balls of feathers. One of the feathers touched her belly. And she got pregnant magically, just because of a feather. In fact, that feather was not an ordinary feather. It was also my scale.
3rdP : Scale? Not Aquila’s feather?
Quaydra: The ball was actually the mixture of my scale and Aquila’s feather. I put my scale, while Aquila put their feather. But the feather entered her womb earlier, then became Huitzilopochtli. Even though later on, my scale also entered her womb. And later on, she also gave birth to Quetzalcoatl and Xolotl. This story is very complicated, but it’s really exciting to play around with you, humans of the Earth.
Because Coatlicue got pregnant and no one knows who the father is, her other children who had already grown up became so angry. Actually, they were not angry, but jealous because they knew there will be great gods being born from their mother’s womb and those gods will be adored and worshipped more than them. Coatlicue had four hundred sons called Centzonuitznahua and one daughter, the Moon Goddess Coyolxauhqui.
They believed that Coatlicue committed an indecent act or adultery, and they tried to kill their own mother. It had actually been arranged, and they also knew that it was just ‘our game’. But they still did it. They tried to kill Coatlicue, but suddenly Huitzilopochtli emerged from Coatlicue’s womb complete with armor and weapon, protecting his mother. Finally, Huitzilopochtli killed his sister, the Moon Goddess then threw her head to the sky and became the moon. He also chased all of his brothers and slaughtered them all, making them scattered in the sky and turned to be stars. That’s also the reason why the Aztec people were really great in astronomy.

People of Aztec believed that the moon and the stars hide from the sun and only show up during the night because Huitzilopochtli is the sun. Huitzilopochtli, he was also having fun during that time. Similar to Aquila. They really like to play around with humans. Just like how the eagle really loves to hunt and play with the rabbit. It’s indicated by how they demanded human sacrifices. And if the humans refuse to give human sacrifice, Huitzilopochtli will have no power to fight his siblings to defend his mother, the Earth Goddess. If his mother is killed, the world will be destroyed.
The world will be collapsed, destroyed, doomed. So, Aztec people sacrificed about two thousand to three thousand humans. In fact, there were more than that, just not being exposed. Many lives were killed for Huitzilopochtli just in a matter of days. Here, I played a great role. I played as merciful, protector of the Aztec, loving, and never asked for any sacrifices. That made my aura shine more compared to the other gods, because of the positive energy. I gave many extraordinary positive energies.
It was so different from my role as Hydra in Greek. In the Aztec, I also called God of the Wind and Wisdom. And the name Quetzalcoatl means feathered serpent. Moreover, that name had appeared long before the Maya and Aztec existed. That name appeared in divinations, and the drawings were so beautiful although in real life I was really scary looking while Huitzilopochtli had beautiful features. We both were really the opposites.

Despite being fearsome, I wasn’t cruel. Many Aztec people were happy to visit Quetzalcoatl temple. Children, women, and all of them loved to visit our temple. My temples were filled with extremely positive energy.
3rdP: Did Quetzalcoatl really never ask for an offering in the form of human sacrifice? We’ve heard a story that long ago, there were humans being offered for Quetzalcoatl.
Quaydra: Never. It was just manipulation. The people of Aztec during that time had been injected with our DNA too, even only a bit. We injected more into their gods. People of Aztec had DNA combinations from different races. In the story, it was written that I had a father named Mixcoatl. But Mixcoatl is not the father of Quetzalcoatl. Because Coatlicue got pregnant and gave birth to us after accidentally touching Aquila’s feather and our scale. I had a twin called Xolotl, we described as twin phases of Venus. I’m the morning star, while Xolotl is the evening star. We are the rulers of the morning star and evening star.
Mixcoatl is God of the Hunt, just like the Orions. The Orions interfered with Aztec civilization too, not only Aquila. There were also some other constellations. There were gods symbolized as the wind directions. I placed myself in the west. Huitzilopochtli in the south, Xipe Totec, God of Rebirth, and Agriculture is in the east, while some humans also believe Tonatiuh is in the east, but the truth is Xipe Totec. God of the Darkness Tezcatlipoca placed himself in the north. In the story, Tezcatlipoca and me, Quetzalcoatl were enemies. We are not friends. I was symbolized as kindness, while Tezcatlipoca as wickedness.

Whereas for us, it’s just a symbol of balance. We were the true balance like Yin and Yang in a yellow-skinned country (Chinese). In reality, we’re friends.
If you want to know about Tezcatlipoca, he was the God of Darkness. He was actually the God of Civilization and also one of the most important gods in Aztec that has been rooted in Maya. Other than the God of Darkness, he was also the God of Justice. He was famous for being ruthless and also my enemy in the story. He is described as a scary-looking figure with deep black skin with a horrible looking face. His name itself has meaning for an ancient civilization, the meaning of his name is obsidian. Do you know obsidian stones?
Obsidian is a protective stone and belongs as a stone that commonly being used in the cult of worshipping. That time, obsidian also had important usages because it was also used for hunting, as a weapon, spearhead, etc. And the most important thing, this stone also had always been used by the shamans.
We also have our own words to call shaman. Our race (Drago/Drugoth) call shaman as Lwacydra. These shamans had high statuses as the representatives and bridge for humans to the spirit world. All humans in that time trust their destinies to Lwacydra. And that shamanism still exists until now.
We passed down voodoo, black magic, the rituals that are being used by the gypsy. Here, I will tell you about Tezcatlipoca. He had a beautiful wife, who always carries corn and other crops because she was the goddess of agriculture. A very beautiful corn goddess. Her name is Chicomecoatl.

I was described as a flying serpent, while Tezcatlipoca was depicted as a jaguar.
Jaguar, during that time identified and linked to the God of Darkness. I’ve collaborated with Tezcatlipoca to defeat a big crocodile who lived long ago. He used one of his legs as bait to lure that crocodile. That crocodile is called Cipactli.
3rdP : This Cipactli, did it come from another constellation too?
Quaydra: Yes correct. It’s just a tiny bit of information from me. I can’t tell you completely. It is just a symbol of that constellation. Tezcatlipoca, beside the God of Darkness, was also God of Violence and Brutality because he had always demanded human sacrifices. The sacrifice for him were handsome men. The people of Aztec will select a really handsome man because, in that time, they believe that a handsome man resembles Tezcatlipoca. Even though in the pictures Tezcatlipoca is depicted as a fearsome-looking figure, but for him, he is very handsome. So, he looked for a handsome man to be sacrificed for him. Before the victim is sacrificed, that victim will be pampered a lot and will be given many gifts and get four to seven beautiful virgin women at once. After that, he will be sacrificed and the event will be held for about one week before the Toxcatl ceremony. That ceremony was to commemorate himself.
3rdP : That ritual ceremony, is it being held periodically, or whenever he wants?

Quaydra: Normally, periodically. The festival was being held every year in the gift month of Aztec calendar. On that day the victim will be sacrificed and the body will be eaten right away. Then they will choose another victim for the next festival, and so on.
3rdP : Eat the victim? How?
Quaydra: Actually the victim being eaten by the shaman and people of Aztec during that time. Tezcatlipoca only took the energy of the victim. They (Aztec people) were actually cannibal people. There is another god named Tlaloc.
He was one of the most important gods in the Aztec civilization. God of fertility with water elements in soothing, blue color. You can say, he is also the god of rain and lightning. Even though his temperament was frightening, his symbol is a flower. Similar to a sunflower called a marigold flower. We had a nickname for him. Aztec people called him Liozkli. His wife was the goddess of flowers or goddess of beauty called Xochiquetzal.

3rdP : This goddess of beauty, did she also come from other constellations?
Quaydra: Correct. Actually, I don’t want to tell you this. Aztec is actually a blend of several constellations. Tlaloc was being worshipped in Teotihuacan. He was known for living in a very high mountain and there are many dark histories too because he demanded children as offering. Every February 12th or March 3rd based on your calendar, there will be a ritual for Tlaloc called Hwailoc by sending seven children to be sacrificed. If these children cry along the way, they believe they will be blessed with abundant crops as their land will be fertile and they will have many food supplies during that season. It’s up to you now if you think the gods are cruel and sadistic.
It was not that much, you need to know about Xipe Totec too. He was the god of agriculture, astrology, and god of birth. But don’t see him as a kind god, NO. To worship him, people during that time needed to give offerings for him in the form of humans to be flayed.

3rdP : Is there any specific criteria for the humans who will be skinned?
Quaydra: Usually, the captives or prisoners. Could be male, or female. But mostly males. Before they are flayed, their genital organs will be taken as a talisman. And then, they will be flayed. The skin will be worn as clothes by Aztec people. Xipe Totec celebrated by flaying humans skin as their offering. This annual event is called Tlacaxipehualiztli and celebrated every spring. The sun will cross the equator. So there will be a line going through the equinox creating lighting which is believed to provide tremendous energy for the worshipping, and also will add reinforcement and protection. Normally, it happens in the rainy season around March if based on your calendar. They will flay the skin of the slaves, prisoners, and captives. In fact, Xipe Totec didn’t really wear human skin. It just symbolized. How he represented himself. But, those priests and shamans wore the real flayed human skin as their clothes. They were not feeling disgusted by it. They were happy to wear those human skin. That time, Xipe Totec temples decorated with human skins. They believe it will protect them from disasters and diseases if they touch it. The priests and their shamans wore it for many days. This Aztec civilization, many constellations involved in it.
3rdP : Did you come to our Earth together with other races? At the same time, or at a different time? And before that, did you make any agreement with other constellations to make roles or avatar, and who will be who?
Quaydra: I will answer your first question. Your question is “did we enter that civilization by ourselves or together with other races”, correct?
3rdP : Yes, correct.
Quaydra: There were some races who came alone, or by themselves, and some races also came together with the others. Some races created their ‘god’ by collaborating together, some of us wanted to create a god or figure with certain characteristics. One of our creations was a very powerful shaman. He was really powerful. We wanted a fusion from each constellation. Some of them create a figure together, while some make it on their own because they don’t have to collaborate. We just adjust and discuss it together. And after it is done, we will see growth and development. Each of us gave knowledge, but I’m telling you…it’s all the same. Same as any other belief on this Earth. Actually, we were not that extreme until we demanded human sacrifices, or asking you to do some strict rituals and make offerings. The shaman and the religious leader who should be human’s representative who made it that way. They packed everything in such a way. Made it appear as we asked you, humans, to do that. While it was actually you, humans who made it that way. Some of us who had roles as gods had already enjoyed the feast that you humans provided. While some of us were not. It’s just a game. Everything in this world is just a game.
3rdP: Is that true, Quetzalcoatl was being banished because did a mistake by having incest with his sister, Quetzalpetlatl?
Quaydra: Not everything is true. It was Tezcatlipoca’s trick who hated Quetzalcoatl that made it appear as ‘incest’ but actually Quetzalpetlatl was not the real sister.
3rdP: But why gods from Greek allowed doing incest?
Quaydra: Aztec gods were also allowed. And there was no banishment or any other punishment such as being burned. The punishment in the story was actually the end of the enmity between Quetzalcoatl and Tezcatlipoca. It’s just a story.
3rdP: Who is Quetzalpetlatl? In the story, didn’t all the elder siblings were massacred by Huitzilopochtli?
Quaydra: She was another ‘creation’ and different from any other siblings.
3rdP : And, did Aztec civilization vanish after the Spanish came?
Quaydra : Correct.
3rdP : The Aztec people worshipped all of you, the Aztec gods. When the Spanish came, have you left and finished the role of Aztec gods, or what did you guys do until you can’t protect the people of Aztec?
Quaydra: We’ve left. When that European people came, Aztec people had evolved, and they had their own and their DNA had been mixed with other races. So, by that time, our duty had finished. And when the Spanish people came, that means the time has changed. Civilization has changed. And it should be that way. Already destined, and arranged that way. We arranged it too. This is the transition of civilization. Aztec people are not really gone, their descendants still exist and you can trace them across North America and Central America. Amongst the three, only the Aztec still have descendants. Humans who claimed as the Maya descendants in Mexico and Inca in Peru, actually they have been injected by other races. They are already mixtures of other races. The pure Maya and Inca are gone. Vanished.
3rdP: Where did the gods live? Did they live together with Aztec people during that time?
Quaydra: We lived in the temples, not mixed together with humans. We lived with our own way
3rdP: Is Quetzalcoatl still exist now? What about the other Aztec gods?
Quaydra: No. Those gods already back to their origins.
(This is the reason why Quaydra used ‘was’ when he described the Aztec gods. Because they no longer exist).
